How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Coverageparliament Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Coverageparliament Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Coverageparliament Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund payment for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@coverageparliament.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
